Deposits are non-negotiable and necessary to secure your booking. They are refundable only if I need to cancel the service.

For bookings within Australia, a 25% deposit is required. For bookings outside of Australia, a 50% deposit is needed. A booking is considered confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

Cancellations made within 72 hours require payment of the full remaining balance, or future bookings may be declined.

Please reschedule at least 72 hours in advance. Shorter notice may incur additional costs and is subject to availability.

If I cannot accommodate your rescheduling request, your deposit will not be refunded and will count as a cancellation.

I will confirm your booking 24 hours in advance, and again on the day of your appointment. All essential details will be sent to you 6 to 12 hours before your appointment. You will receive the final address or room number 2 hours prior. Please include your preferred contact hours when making your booking.

For bookings within Australia, I accept the following payment methods:

• Bank deposit (details provided upon request)

• BEEMIT (a discreet and secure third-party payment system)

• Cash (presented in an unsealed envelope at the beginning of our time)

• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

I do not accept credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any form of payment requiring ID verification at point of purchase.

Currently, I’m based in Newcastle and offer incalls from my discreet apartment in the CBD.

While touring, I always provide a private incall.

If you have specific accommodation needs that make my chosen option unsuitable (e.g., hotel location or layout), please let me know in advance.

In such cases, you’ll be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of a more suitable venue (such as a day-use hotel or alternative location).

Item I’m available for outcalls to hotels or serviced apartments within 10km of the CBD. Travel beyond this radius will incur a fee.

Some hotels require a key card for elevator access. If that’s the case, I’ll ask you to meet me in the lobby or arrange a key. description

I may offer home visits at my discretion. If you’d like me to visit your residence, I require a photo of your ID showing your name and address. I only visit homes within 10km of the CBD.

FMTY bookings are arranged via my booking form, and rates are tailored based on your location, travel distance, and the length of our time together. The longer you’d like to keep me all to yourself, the more flexible I can be with the overall gratuity.

All FMTY bookings require coverage of my travel expenses, including return flights and suitable accommodation. These details will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Overnights are truly a dream—a chance for us to unwind, connect deeply, and enjoy unhurried time together.

For bookings over 12 hours, I require a minimum of 5 hours uninterrupted sleep.

For extended dates (20+ hours), I’ll also need a few hours in the morning to head to the gym, catch up on emails, and recharge—so I can return to you fresh as ever, and ready to curl back into your arms.

While I welcome kind words about past experiences, I ask that you refrain from discussing other companions in detail, especially if it involves sharing personal information or speaking critically.
